This carriage is made of waterproof 150D polyester "oxford", combining lightness and strength, it is covered with an isothermal induction allowing to lower the temperature of several degrees when the Sharpening is exposed to the sun, this induction also has the peculiarity of be light-tight, providing complete darkness inside the tent and thus avoiding the effect of Chinese shadow when the Sharpening is positioned back to the sun, or to see the photographer inside the tent .
This tent has 6 shooting windows, a removable floor mat, a double roof and a ventilated room.
Ideal to sleep in and / or be on the lookout for 2 people side by side.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
The Monal tent-lookout is designed to meet two imperatives; first have a tent-lookout that allows you to sleep in it for long periods of time with the comfort you need for long-time runs, but also, to be on the lookout in pairs with enough space for inside.
Tragopan has developed a new realistic wood-based motif that is more suited to the multi-season activity of animal photography, incorporating in particular elements of green vegetation. This material will from now on be the reference material for Tragopan Treads and their accessories.
Finally the windows of shots have been completely redesigned to overcome two weak points of the old models:
Waterproofness and discretion!
To prevent water flowing along the windows, we have added a shutter that completely covers the opening from the outside, this flap opens and closes via a system of cord that is activated silently from inside the tent.
The different sleeves and windows now change quietly via small clips that replace the "Velcro" and zippers that were too noisy.
Surveillance windows, which were another source of runoff, were replaced by small sleeves that open and close with a cord and allow a small telephoto (400 f / 5 6 for example) or a pair of binoculars, these small windows make it possible to control whether a noise is heard on an unused face of the Sharpening and offers a perfect seal to the whole.
Thanks to its remote roof system, the Monal Tent is the only one on the market that allows photography in rainy or snowy weather with the entire telephoto lens, even for very long focal lengths, protected from the elements.
The Monal tent-gaze consists of a bedroom and a double roof that overflows widely on each side of the room preventing any water infiltration through the windows.
The main chamber can be installed in seconds thanks to the rapid deployment system identical to the Tragopan V6, the double roof requires positioning 4 anodized aluminum arches on its periphery and is fixed to the chamber by 4 quick couplers and adjustable straps to adjust its tension, the installation of the double roof takes only 2 or 3 minutes. In good weather for short sessions, the roof can be replaced by a camouflage net (like this one), which lighten the weight of the Sharpening and reduces its installation time.
The master bedroom has two large vents on the top which gives it an ideal ventilation.
Removable floor mat in the bedroom can be removed easily with a zipper all the way around, so it provides a seal against unwanted insects and animals inside, but can be removed for photographers using it on short sessions, which allows to lighten its weight during transport.
The lookout has 4 points of attachment outside in each corner, half-height on the double-roof, to fix 4 shrouds provided with 4 sardines, in the case where the shrouds are installed, it is necessary to solidarize the double-roof with the frame of the chamber through a small hook located just behind the point of attachment of each stay. It also has straps at the base of the 4 corners and in the middle of its two lengths for anchoring to the ground with 6 additional sardines provided. It has 16 cords sewn on the outside to fix various elements of camouflage: branches, foliage, reeds ...
The carriage is equipped with two doors at each end, opening and closing from the inside as well as from the outside by a thick and silent zipper. Two inside pockets, positioned on each long side of the carriage allows the storage of unused sleeves and flaps, or any other lightweight accessory.
The Monal tent-stand has a total of 6 identical shooting stations, two on each side on the long sides and one on each end where the doors are located. Each station has the same layout and modularity configuration:
• a tripod opening a little special that also allows shooting at ground level and the use of an observation telescope with a 45 ° eyepiece for digiscoping in particular. This opening consists of a zipper with 4 sliders, two central sliders that create the opening for a tripod leg, a lower slider for opening an inverted T-shaped window at 15 cm from the floor and a upper slider for opening a T-shaped window for the purpose of using a 45 ° sighting telescope while sitting comfortably.
• a main and modular opening of rectangular shooting on which the sleeves and shutters described below can be used.
• Each main shooting window has a small monitor sleeve at face height that opens and closes via a cord equipped with a stop button as explained above.
The Monal comes with the set of sleeves and removable windows following:
two rectangular blackout sleeves with an integrated zipped window to be able to pass a flash or watch what happens outside. Everything is fixed by small clips. If you want more of this sleeve, you can also get it separately here.

6 threaded shutters with a slit in the middle and which are fixed by clips.
Like the Tragopan V5, the Monal also has a brand new window option; by opening the door halfway, you then have a wide "extra" shooting window, which will be greatly appreciated by animal videographers.
