The next generation of thermal imaging. The Helion 2 XP50 PRO monocular thermal cameras on the basis of an IR sensor (microbolometer) are designed for use, day and night, in difficult weather conditions (fog, smog, rain) as well as in the presence of obstacles making it difficult to detect a target (branches, tall grass, dense shrubs, etc.).

The Helion 2 XP50 PRO monocular thermal cameras do not need an external light source and are resistant to bright light. The Helion 2 XP50 PRO monocular thermal cameras can be used for observation and orientation in the field, rescue operations.

The thermal sensor with a NETD <25mK ensures perfect recognition of details even in the most extreme weather conditions with low thermal contrast. The smallest temperature changes will be visible in a downpour, in fog, or on a cold morning under the most difficult conditions for thermal imaging.


Sharp, high-contrast thermal imaging for better identification of animals, their extremities and even the smallest details i.e. branches, leaves, grass and terrain.


A powerful F50 / 1.0 lens combined with a professional grade thermal imaging sensor with 640x480 @ 17µm provides exceptional detection capabilities. A standard 1.8m (6ft) high object can be detected at a distance of 1800m in total darkness.

High Strength Magnesium Alloy Housing - The lightweight magnesium alloy body is very durable and structurally resistant to external mechanical and climatic influences. The body material effectively removes and dissipates heat from electronic components, ensuring thermal imager stability and high image quality during long time use.

HD Color AMOLED Display - New AMOLED display with HD resolution of 1024x768px ensures better color reproduction, power saving, high contrast and short response time, providing clear and smooth images when observing in motion or in freezing conditions.

 VARIABLE ZOOM 2.5x - 20x

 Digital zoom, up to 8x, provides improved focus and better overall recognition of objects at significant distances. The zoom changes either gradually in 2x steps or continuously for a truly optimal field of view, customized for a given situation.


The Helion 2 is equipped with a recorder which allows the making of videos and the capture of images at the time of observation. Video and photo files saved in internal memory can be transferred to a computer via a wired connection or to a phone via WiFi.


The 8-color palette selection makes viewing more enjoyable, allows for a variety of tasks and responds to changing viewing conditions. Warm white, warm black and warm red are optimal for object detection, rainbow and ultramarine blue increase the chances of recognition and identification. Monochrome red, sepia, and purple are more suitable for long nighttime viewing.


 The highlight of the Helion is the ability to connect the device via Wi-Fi to Android and iOS devices using the free Stream Vision mobile app. Stream Vision software connects the device to the Android / iOS mobile unit (smartphone or tablet), which allows you to receive sequences in real time, to operate the device remotely with your smartphone as well as to broadcast online the images captured by the device on YouTube.

HIGH CAPACITY BATTERY, QUICK SETUP (up to 8 hours of battery life on a single charge)

Rechargeable battery packs provide enough power for uninterrupted operation for up to 8 hours. The optics can run through the night without having to replace the battery. A conventional external capacity connected by micro USB cable can be used as an external power source. A dual capacity IPS14 battery as well as an LR6 (AA) battery case are available as options.


Picture-in-Picture Mode - Picture-in-Picture provides a second magnified image of the central area to help the viewer see details of the magnified target without losing the field of view.

Completely waterproof - Helion thermal cameras work even in very humid weather, such as heavy rain or snowfall (the devices have the degree of protection IPX7 in accordance with IEC 60529).

 Stadimeter rangefinder - The Helion's stadimeter rangefinder comes in the form of a telemetry reticle that can determine the distance from observed objects with a known height (deer - 1.7; boar - 0.7; hare - 0.3 m) with sufficient precision.

High Frame Rate - Due to the high frame rate (50Hz), it is easy to operate the thermal camera dynamically (when moving the observer or observed object rapidly).

 Software Update - For initial setup and updates, the iOS and Android compatible Stream Vision app provides you with the most recent versions of Helion software.

 Wide range of operating temperatures - The packaging, power supply, optics and electronics of the Helion 2 XP50 Pro are designed for applications under a wide range of temperatures. The Helion maintains its reliability and efficiency in freezing cold down to -25 ° C.

 User-friendly interface - The Helion is designed for ease of use. User feedback resulted in the most user-friendly interface to date with an alphanumeric status bar located at the bottom of the screen with easy-to-read icons. Internal menu items and options are also displayed on a contrasting gradient background so you can keep an eye on settings without losing sight of your goal.
