The name Noctivid comes from noctua, a species of owl active during the day. This name is therefore a metaphor referring to the highly innovative deflector/diaphragm system. This system isolates stray light and ensures maximum contrast. A unique system that offers significant added value, especially on extremely sunny days.

Leica Noctivid binoculars are designed to deliver exceptional brightness thanks to their innovative deflector/diaphragm system and high-quality lens coatings, with 92% light transmission. Robust and practical, they are waterproof to a depth of 5 meters, protected by the AquaDura coating against scratches and dirt, and their rubber body ensures grip and shock absorption. The adjustable eyecups, up to 19 mm, make them suitable for eyeglass wearers, guaranteeing clear observation in all conditions.

Available in only two models (8x42 and 10x42) and two colors (black or olive).
