There were many wildlife photographers and videographers at the last exhibition in Spain, all with extremely expensive equipment and lenses, but none of them could compete with a proper microphone.

Shotgun microphones are designed to be extremely directional to block sound coming from the sides; however, they are not as effective as parabolic microphones in terms of amplification and background noise.

Every naturalist recorder carries their own recorder and a parabolic dish in opposite hands. There will be too much equipment to carry when filming, and managing a large parabolic dish is generally difficult.

The goal was to design something that would free your hands so you could focus and start filming.

Hi-Sound Compact aims to record the inaudible sounds of animals with stunning quality and minimal noise.

Hi-Sound Compact is the successor to its larger sibling, Hi-Sound DR, and after years of research, development, and prototyping, it is now ready for use.

Hi-Sound Compact can be used directly mounted on your camera (with a built-in hot shoe)!

Alternatively, you can use it in standalone mode by connecting it directly to a tripod base!

Or simply hold the included handle in your hand!

It features two high-quality microphone capsules, presented as a calibrated, matched pair with very low noise.
