Safe to flash to the team with an infrared filter.

This box plugs into the flash head so as to leave no visible light to the human eye.

Filter Cntl with a reflex, you can catch views of night without any visible light.

The filter is 730nm. There are yet a number of flash, such as SB24, SB900, 430EX, 580EX, Starblitz SWAN60C, Starblitz SWAN60N, Godox V860, MCOPLUS MT600, SB-700, MCOPLUS MT600C.
