Delivery and shipping
Depending on the delivery area, the costs for transport are not similar. To better understand how they applied the charges, thank you to read the following explanations :

JAMA.FR invoice transport costs according to the price of your order.
Warning: the risks of transport are covered under the condition that the buyer has vérfiié products upon arrival and has exercised, if necessary, appeal against the carrier within 48 hours, even with free shipping.
JAMA.FR undertakes to deliver the ordered products to the carrier at least 72 hours after acceptance of an order, unless mentioned in the order confirmation.
In the context of Switzerland , orders excluding VAT is charged, the buyer will pay on arrival, customs clearance fees, plus VAT linked to the order, based on 7.5% (the amount of VAT in Switzerland)
Shipping charges for other areas.
We offer to ship your order in any country where you want to be delivered. You will see the delivery rate will vary depending on the delivery area but also in terms of weight and volume of the package.
Because of the costs of international transport, we can not support the amount of shipping. We charge travel expenses at cost. Nevertheless aware that we have negotiated preferential rates.

Different carriers.
Depending on the areas of delivery, we use the services of various carriers.
In France, the European Union and Switzerland, we prefer the services of the Post with the Colissimo Suivi. This system is reliable and fast. If you want more information about this service, you can visit the Post website. This service does not yet track packages in real time on the Internet.
In France, the European Union and Switzerland, where the shipment is urgent, we use Chronopost surcharge rate of this additional cost of transport.
For deliveries in France outside the metropolitan area (DOM, TOM), we use the services of La Poste.
For deliveries in the rest of the world, we use the services of Fedex.

In case of receipt's problem of your order
Sif you do not receive your order in time call me and we will research your package with the issue that I care. The number of packages will only be notified if I needed to simplify the work. NO package has been lost since 1989.
